Common questions about cooperation, lead time and certifications
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Mass-production orders are scheduled against customer milestones; the standard MOQ for controllers is 500 sets. Prototyping takes 4–6 weeks and series production ramp-up 8–12 weeks, subject to project review.
Do you support customized hardware and software development?
Yes. We cover the full stack — chip selection, hardware design, basic software (AUTOSAR / MCAL), application algorithms and calibration — and co-develop with vehicle and equipment OEMs, including support for DV/PV testing and vehicle calibration.
Which quality systems and certifications do you hold?
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Product development follows the ISO 26262 functional safety process (up to ASIL-D) and the AUTOSAR architecture standard; defence and UAV-related products meet GJB 150A / GJB 151B environmental requirements.
How are exports and delivery handled?
Products are exported to 12 countries. We deliver under EXW, FOB or CIF terms and provide bilingual technical documentation, customs classification data and after-sales support, with a dedicated sales engineer for each overseas customer.
